Maryland Creates Jobs While Fighting Climate Change

More than 150 countries on Friday signed the climate change agreement negotiated last December in Paris, making a commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Critics say the U.S. plan to do so will wreck the economy, but some states are already taking action, and predictions of economic devastation have not come true there.
